Once upon a time…

♥ August 15th, 2010 , , Comments Off

I was a kitten.   Now I’ve grown up, and I live in a cat shelter.  I loved my people and my home and I don’t understand how my life changed so suddenly and completely.  The shelter people are nice to me, but I so want my own home with my own people to sit with and play with and purr to sleep at night.

I have so many good years to devote and so much love to give.  I may not be a kitten anymore, but I am not “damaged goods” or “used”.  I promise to love you with all my heart if you will only give me a chance.

Please visit The Cat Ladies Society and give one of us adult cats a chance.  It is one decision that you will never regret.

Birthdate:  6/15/05

Breed:  Domestic Shorthair

Color:  Black

Gender:  Male

Tank was left trapped out in the elements overnight with another cat.  They were covered with fleas and had many body sores.  We took care of that right away and now his coat is getting soft and smooth again.  He’s still a little shy.  He was not well taken care of by humans before so we don’t blame him.   He would really like a home where he is pampered and cared for.  Kindness goes a long way with a shelter cat.  Come and meet him at the shelter.
